Hi, I’m Diamond McIntosh, M.A., BCBA, LBA — Founder and Clinical Director of Diamond Behavior LLC. I began my journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2015 and have since dedicated my career to helping children and families thrive across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

My academic path laid the foundation for the work I do today. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida (UCF), followed by a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Autism.

Diamond Behavior LLC was created to offer what I call Diamond Quality services — care that is individualized, culturally responsive, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based practice. Our mission is to serve children and families with excellence, ensuring every interaction reflects the integrity and heart behind our work.

Whether through ABA therapy, school consultation, caregiver training, or mentorship, our goal remains the same: to create meaningful, lasting progress that empowers each client to shine in their own unique way.
